Reaching 2015 Fitness Goals- Cardio Watch



Huffing and puffing on the treadmill multiple times a week is tiresome! In fact, it doesn’t have to be on the treadmill at all; for me, any and all cardio work in general can get exhausting and makes me wonder what the point is in torturing myself for 30 minutes every day! Strength training has always been my forte when it comes to fitness, but the truth is that cardio work is one of the most important aspects to losing weight. I can strengthen and tone my muscle all that I want, but cardio is responsible for getting my heart rate up and burning lots of calories and fat. Completing more cardio work is the biggest part of my 2015 fitness goals, but I certainly can’t do it alone. That’s why I plan on using the TomTom Runner Cardio GPS watch to help get me there.
