Get Fit at Home - Pintastic Pins of the Week


With three little kids, aching varicose veins and a muffin top that threatens to expose itself on a daily basis – it’s important for me to exercise as often as I can.

In fact – I try to squeeze in a workout every single day.

Now – don’t be jealous or think I’m bragging. Some days (most days) – that workout is 20 minutes or less. But that’s enough for me to work up a sweat, work out a little angst and keep myself from doubling my weight every month due to my outrageously high consumption of Crisco
